Policy/Coverage Information

You are applying for Timberland Liability Insurance.

To participate in this program, you must have a current membership to Arkansas Forestry Association. If you are not, you will be able to purchase your membership below.

Type: Comprehensive General Liability
Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence. $2,000,000 Aggregate.
Deductible: $250 per occurrence.

Liability coverage for the landowner does not provide protection for owned Timber.

If you lease all of your land exclusively to one hunt club, you will be given an option below to add hunting lease liability to your policy.

You will receive an email notification when your application has been approved and your policy is activated. You will then be able to log into your account to download a copy of your policy.
